Associate Dean

Our Department plays a critical role in supporting the educational vision and operational excellence within the hospital. Working closely with the Vice Dean and other departmental leaders, the Associate Dean contributes to the strategic planning and implementation of academic programs, helping to align them with institutional objectives and healthcare standards. They actively participate in the coordination of resources, faculty, and staff to enhance the hospital’s educational initiatives.

In addition, the Associate Dean serves as a primary contact for student and faculty affairs, facilitating effective communication, mentoring, and problem resolution to foster a positive learning environment. They play an essential part in evaluating and updating educational programs by incorporating evidence-based practices and feedback to continuously improve curriculum quality and relevance.

Dedicated to upholding high standards in medical education, the Associate Dean promotes professional development by organizing collaborative workshops, seminars, and training sessions. They work diligently to ensure compliance with accreditation standards, driving continuous quality improvement across all educational programs and helping position the hospital as a leading institution in healthcare education.
